Service Levels at One Crown Pensions

Now, when it comes to service levels, it’s worth splitting ours down into 5 categories.

1. Level of Service

The first category is Level of Service. What we often see, sadly, with other SSAS providers is a lack of responsiveness. We often hear from our clients who have switched from other providers, that there has been a lack of responsiveness. As a result, there are a lot of questions they couldn’t get answers to.

2. Level of Knowledge and Expertise

What we find, generally speaking within the industry, is that many SSAS experts keep a lot of their knowledge to themselves. Or they share it very directly with their clients. And, of course, it is the pension scheme of the Limited Company, which is also extremely precious. So, it is vital to partner with a reputable SSAS provider. 

If you opt for the very cheapest SSAS services, the chances are they won’t offer the level of support that we offer. Ultimately, we see clients switching from poor providers to someone like us and that switching process is often unnecessary if the right decision had been made in the first place.
