Meet the Team

CEO of The One Crown Group, Tobi has over 15 years experience in the finance and investment sector.

Having trained as a barrister at one of London’s top Law Schools and working at some of the largest financial institutions in the UK, (Lloyds, American Express) Tobi combines expert financial knowledge, with specialist legal understanding to provide clients throughout the country, with solutions that provide and preserve wealth.

Key to this has been SSAS, with Tobi emerging as a key figure in the sector.

Now, by steering One Crown Pensions, Tobi pioneers in helping make SSAS, the hidden gem of British finance, well known and accessible to Company Directors across the country.

Away from One Crown, Tobi is a long-suffering Arsenal fan and recent air fryer convert.

With over 40 years of experience in the pensions and financial services sector and having worked for major High Street Banks, Andrew is our chief SSAS specialist having run SSAS companies for the better part of 15 years.

As well as hosting One Crown Pensions Webinars, Andrew is often the ‘go to’ for firms of chartered accountants seeking to provide more effective solutions for their SME clients.

Andrew is a pub landlord in his spare time and also a Geordie… We are not suggesting that these two statements are in any way linked.

David began his pension journey in 1996, working in corporate pensions before moving into the self-invested pensions arena in 2005. David works closely with members and trustees alike to build long term relationships whilst offering specialist administration services covering complex areas of funding, investing and the provision of benefits within defined contribution schemes.

Outside of the office, David spends time playing and watching cricket with his three boys. He also enjoys the highs (and mainly lows) of watching his football team, Stoke City.

Alex is the Senior Pensions Administrator at One Crown Pensions having worked within the self-invested pensions industry for the past eight years. Alex specialises in all areas of Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) administration with a particular niche for investments.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking his dog, gaming and playing football. Alex is also a keen supporter of Liverpool Football Club.

With an abundance of client experience, Dan specialises in building strong relationships with the aim of empowering investors into making sharp financial decisions. As well as working with clients, Dan also looks after our Introducer network.

Dan is also very tall and stands at a hulking 6’4”. He attributes this height to eating a lot of plantain.

Claire has worked with an impressive client list over her 30+ year career, including time spent with heavyweights such as Morgan Stanley and Unilever. Claire has seen it all when it comes to dealing with high priority clients and is a specialist at making the complex, simple.

Away from her desk, Claire can be found on the padel courts or at the gym where she's recently taken up weightlifting!

Andrew has spent over two decades crafting tailored solutions for his clients. With 15 years in the City of London at major players like HSBC, he uses his experience to provide exceptional service for Clients.

In his spare time, Andrew is also a collector of vinyl records, and if he's not spinning records for friends, you can find this proud father of two, governing at his local school or whipping up a culinary delight.

Having managed a few of her own creative businesses Ieva spends her time managing all things Admin, from making sure things behind the scenes run smoothly, to ensuring the Client journey is both seamless and pleasant.

Ieva enjoys adding creative flair to any project she can get her hands on and never turns down a well timed oat latte.

Having spent the better part of a decade working with brokerages and wealth management firms, Mark brings with him a depth of knowledge and expertise.

Away from One Crown, Mark plays occasional gigs in Europe with his indie rock band.
