SSAS Pension Fees at One Crown Pensions
At One Crown Pensions, we charge a flat fee for setting up a SSAS, whether you have a lot in your SSAS or a little. The reason we charge a flat fee is that we believe it’s what’s fair.
How to Pay SSAS Fees
With our SSAS, you have the choice of paying fees using:
- Your Company account.
- Funds/profits from inside the SSAS itself.
- Your personal account.
*Should you choose to pay fees via your Company account you're able to claim tax relief as SSAS fees are corporation tax deductible in the same way accountancy fees are.
Take advantage of our 'all in' December promotion: Set up a new SSAS for just £995 (reduced from £2,400).
SSAS transfers from other providers are £1,995 (down from £2,995). Payment is made through our secure payment portal.
What’s Included in Our SSAS Pension Fees?
Not only do we charge a flat fee for setting up a SSAS, but we offer value with several services included in our costs. Here’s what you can expect:
The Synchronisation of All Your SSAS and Investment Affairs in One Place
At One Crown Pensions, we believe syncing your SSAS and investment affairs makes them easier to manage. It puts you in control of your money in an exceptionally tax efficient way.
Access to Our Chief Technical Officer
Our Chief Technical Officer, Andrew Johnson, has over 40 years’ experience in pensions and financial services. He is our chief SSAS specialist and consistently provides effective solutions to our clients.
Unlimited Conversation with Your Personal SSAS Consultant
We know understanding SSAS can take time, particularly if you’re new to SSAS. We want you to utilise this incredible pension tool in the best way possible. That’s why our SSAS costs cover unlimited conversations with your personal SSAS Consultant. You can also learn more about SSAS in our SSAS video hub.
Unlimited Investment Conversation and Planning with Your Personal Investments Consultant
All investment carries risk. However, with the right support we believe you can make informed financial choices. As part of our SSAS cost, we will connect you with your personal Investments Consultant.
Access to SSAS Permissible Investment Propositions
SSAS has, by far, the widest range of investment choices. Our team at One Crown Investments will present you with SSAS permissible investment opportunities that suit your needs and help you reach your goals.
Notification of Yearly Limits and Company Year Ends, with Potential Corporation Tax Savings
When you’re the Director of a Limited Company, you know how much admin goes on behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. We help ease your workload by notifying you of yearly limits and company year ends, as well as potential corporation tax savings. We don’t want you to miss deadlines and we do want you to make savings.
Proactive Reminders of Allowance Deadlines for Active Conversation on How to Use Your SSAS to Increase Tax Efficiency
SSAS offers Limited Companies significant tax reliefs. To make sure you benefit, we remind you of allowance deadlines and provide ways that you can increase your tax efficiency within SSAS. Our planning could help you save thousands of pounds every year.
SSAS Pension Scheme Registration with HMRC Submissions to The Pensions Regulator
We register the SSAS with HMRC and submit your application to The Pensions Regulator on your behalf. This makes setting up SSAS easy and means you can start making contributions and building your pension fund sooner rather than later.
The Submission of Annual Pension Returns to HMRC
We submit your annual pension return to HMRC on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about missing the deadline.
The Opening of a Specialist SSAS Bank Account
We open a specialist bank account on your behalf, making sure your SSAS is set up correctly.
The Production of Annual Accounts at Scheme Year End
At the end of your Company’s financial year, we produce your annual accounts on your behalf.
The Sending of Your Yearly SSAS Statement
We create and send your yearly SSAS statement to The Pensions Regulator on your behalf. Your yearly SSAS statement includes all the details about your SSAS pension and is something you can use to inform your retirement planning decisions.
The Provision of the Trustees and Rules
When you open a SSAS with One Crown Pensions, we provide you with a Trust Deed and Rules. This legal document governs the pension scheme and details the scheme conditions.
Ongoing SSAS Updates
SSAS is evolving over time and changes in legislation or new budget announcements can directly affect SSAS. We stay abreast of these changes, providing you with information about specific changes that could directly affect you.
Administration and Supplying of the Letter of Wishes and Death Benefit Nomination Forms
We supply you with the Letter of Wishes and Death Benefit Nomination Forms so that you can provide instruction as to the management of your estate and trusts after you die. While these forms are not legally binding, they serve an important role in making sure your assets are looked after how you would have wanted them to be.
Monthly Bank Transaction Collation
We collate your bank transactions so that you can see where your money is going and how it’s growing and being invested within SSAS.
Supporting the Environment
In conjunction with our partners at Ecology, a tree is planted on your behalf upon completion of your Fact Find Form.
We Don’t Charge for Extra Members
Whether you are the only Member in the SSAS or you want to add a spouse, partner, or children, our SSAS pension fees remain the same.
This is not the case for other pension providers. SIPP’s, for example, are pension schemes for the individual. This means that if your spouse, partner or children want to have a SIPP of their own, they would each pay an individual fee.
We Don’t Charge a Success Tax
If you have watched any of our other videos in our SSAS Video Hub you will know just how much SSAS is able to save you. Whether that’s in Corporation Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
We don’t believe it is right, in an environment that is inherently tax free (like SSAS), to charge a success tax in the form of a percentage of all that you have in your pot as you begin to grow it.
